14 Walks
14 Walks is a collaborative art and design publication exploring walking as a method for engaging with contemporary urban space. Developed through the University of Toronto’s VIS327 Urban Studio: Hong Kong, the project brings together fourteen walking-based artworks produced across multiple cities in the world.
As the Design lead, I led the visual identity, layout system, and editorial structure of the publication, translating diverse artistic approaches into a cohesive design language. I also participated as one of the contributing artists, creating a walking-based work within the shared conceptual framework.
The project examines how movement, perception, and urban conditions, such as infrastructure, privatization, memory, and atmosphere, it shapes everyday experience at street level. 14 Walks operates as both a collective archive and a designed system, foregrounding embodied ways of seeing the city.
